how to utilize the "Indexing Rules" tab under Policy administration

Most policy rules are set at the site level but this allows for granular control down to the context domain (Product or Library level) to have objects indexed or not, or have them indexed to a different SOLR library. Most installations index all objects in all areas to a single SOLR library (wblib).
