The link between DispositionPlan and Disposition Record is DispositionDetailsLink , what kind of link it is (ex :master to master ).

Have you checked the existing Report templates? You can navigate to Site->Utilities. Look for NC or CAPA report templates. You can edit the report templates. Explore the links from the Tables and Joins tab.
