Install critical patch set radio button is disabled

Hi,

I am using Windchill 11.0 M030. I had not installed CPS initially. I downloaded the CPS09 and tried to update Windchill. After running the setup file for update, I am unable to install the Critical patch set since the radio button is disabled. What should be done?
