Creo Parametric does not work with WWGM. It has native connections inside of it. WWGM is not needed for Creo Parametric to connect to Windchill.

As @avillanueva mentioned, Creo Parametric in its recent releases no longer needs Workgroup Manager, it connects directly with Windchill PLM via "Direct Link", you only have to check the compatibility between Creo and Windchill in Software Matrices/Release Advisor.

You still need to install WWGM for Solidworks and AutoCAD, again you need to confirm that your stack are compatible with each other via Software Matrices/Release Advisor.

Hi

We discovered some time back, that during installation of WWGM we need to add several or all versions of SolidWorks and AutoCAD to the installation, otherwise we couldn't connect.

Don't know why, but it solved the issue.
