Intralink 11

When PTC Windchill 11.0 Oracle to SQL Server Database Migration Tool 11.0 M030 is started and the Windchill directory is chosen a message of error appear.
Saying: "The required install was not found. Directory D:\ptc\Windchill must contain the following product for the isntalltion process to continue: Windchill."

Any ideias?
