Inventor Font issue.

We are in the process of installing (for the first time at our company) Windchill 11.0 (M030). We currently use Inventor 2017.  For Windchill we will be using Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.0 M030.

So far the only issue we have encountered is a font display problem in GDT frames and diameter symbols in dimensions. This Our VAR told us to use the help center font solution for AutoCAD files. That did not solve our Inventor problem.  AutoCAD 2D files view correctly.

In image 1.png, red circled letter is supposed to be a Profile of a Surface symbol.  The yellow highlighted letters are supposed to be Diameter symbols..

I would locate the Inventor font file and copy it over to the Windchill machine and your publishing machine.

I am guessing that image is of the published AutoCAD file. If putting the font on the other machines does not solve the issue, then you may need to look at utilizing another font. Is the Inventor font a TrueType font?

Thanks for the reply Ben.
Yes, Inventor uses True Type fonts.  I neglected to mention we are running Windchill on the cloud. Not certain if that has any effect, but it's intriguing.
Inventor puts it's fonts in the Windows>fonts directory. I did, actually point Creo View to that directory as well, but no joy.
I neglected to say that this problem only occurs in Creo View.  We have Creo View 4.0, and under the options menu, I've pointed Creo View to the correct local folders, but still it appears the same way on all our machines.

Just to double check you---Inventor is loaded on the publishing machine with the same fonts that you have on the workstations?

With Creo and Windchill, Creo View requires a local install of Creo, not the network install that the designers use. I would guess that Creo View has the same requirement for Inventor. I find it easier to copy the network folder to the local machine so I get the latest changes that I made on the server copy.
