Is it possible to build part structure with family tables?

I am getting a error when trying to build ta one level CAD Structure for a family tabled component.  Is there a way to do this?  The error I receive is listed below.  Any thoughts?

Cannot perform Build from Part since the listed document(s) are family table members.
