Is it possible to order by alphabetical order the Participants when I open a Discussion?:

In general, would you not enter criteria for user name / user full name such that only a few users are returned?

    In the username box, enter a substring of the name with an * at the end to get only those names that begin with your substring.

    looking at your image, if you enter 'pie*' you would get: Piet Lievaart and Piero Riva in your selection box.

    I don't think there are any configurations to get this list of participants. Looking at the class files getting called, it does not look like those files are supported for customization. So the only option now is to narrow down the search. It is good to see this as a table with sorting option
