Is it possible to see all objects that are inside all workspaces?

There is no OOTB webpage that will give this information. A report is probably one of the easiest ways to go for this.

Hi Raffaella,

take a look at this document QML to find workspaces and CAD Doc's in them

Hi Raffaella,

Did Marco's QML link provide you with the info you need? If so, can you please mark his post as correct for the benefit of the community?

I was wondering if it exists a more immediate way, for example in the Homepage or in the Search, for that reason I kept the question open.

Raffaella,

build a QML report, then save it.

When you execute report, it opens a web page.

Here you can select which attributes you want to see and then you can save the report (look at below link).

Saved reports are web pages, so you can quickly access your reports by saving their link and recalling from every browser.
