Is it recommended to have multiple Creo Datecodes interacting Windchill at a time for an existing Implementation

Dear Experts,

We have few departments with Creo 2.0 M120 and a specific set of users wanted to use advanced features which is available in latest Creo version [Creo 2.0 M220].

Is there any risk for the Data Integrity  to use multiple date code of same version Creo ?

Files are totally interchangeable between builds of a major release.

All M220 saved files can be opened in M120 with no issue. If there is an issue then PTC has screwed up and it needs to be reported immediately.
