Is there a way to see change to common attributes like end item flag or serialized changes?

A user is asking if there is a way to see when or if changes are made to WTPart common attributes like end item flag or serialized settings.  Its not an iteration but I was wondering if there was a table that recorded these types of changes.

I know if you customize a tab, you can add more History tables like "Rename History", which is a common attribute. I don't see one for end item flag or serialization though.
