Is there a way to view all the subscriptions on a folder?

In Windchill V9.1, we were able to view all subscriptions that were on a given folder or library/project/product.  We seem to have lost that action when we upgraded to Windchll 10.2.  Is there a way we can get that functionality back?

We currently have Windchill 10.2 M30.
