Is there any way to get the history of standard time of operation from Process plan ?
- can we get the history of standard time of operation when it changed.

If the time is changed, then the operation has to be iterated so get all information from all iterations and control the attribute value.
You can do it by a Report Management.
or just go to previous operation iteration and check the attribute value.
