JSONB_getWFBrowserEnv call failed!

Every time I open Windchill in Creo I receive this error message:

Any idea?

    Have you tried clearing the browser's cache? Is there a corresponding error in the Method Server log?

    yes, we also tried other computers.

    no, no exception in methodserver log.

    Hi,

    I think your trying to Use incompatible versions, Kindly check your Creo and Windchill Version Compatibilites.

    Check yourCreo Vs Windchill Compatibility mate. Surely there is a problem with the compatibility. You must be running low verion of CREO.
