Launching Performance Advisor - Redundant Clicks

What is the point of two separate buttons here:

If they both take you to the same place here:

(https://support.ptc.com/Thingworx/Runtime/index.html#mashup=PA_Home)

Why do we even need the second page?  Seems like the initial links should go directly to the target.  What am I missing?
