Library Manager having issue with assign the task

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M010-CPS08

A user mapped in Library Manager but at the time assiganing the task it showing message " This task cannot be display because you do not have permission to view the subject. Contact your project manager to increase your access rights

Here are the errors that I faced
