Question

License management utility is not seen though I am the site administrator.

the License management utility and also Windchill Diagnostic Tasks Scheduler is not seen though I am the admin for site. can you please guide me if I have to add any profile. but I see it in 12.0 version which i have installed it on spare machine.

11.0 does not have License Management. That is new in 11.1.

    Make sure the site admin is not a member of any license profiles.
