Line numbers removed from EBOM after a CAD update (Solid Edge)

Dear All,

i need an advice, in most of the cases when I update a Cad structure: Removing, Adding or Replacing a part, most of the line numbers NOT connected to the part I've changed are removed.

Now i have an EBOM (600 part) with 1/2 line numbers and I have to add it manually. 

Someone else have faced this problem? it depends on CAD (Solid Edge) connector or a preference?

I've noticed that CAD objects that have Owner association with your WTParts will build to the BOM and not have line numbers, but WTParts that do not have CAD objects with Owner relationships will not.  Have you checked to see if you have duplicate PNs on your BOM?

We use Inventor, but I used Solid Edge some 10 years ago and really enjoyed it.
