Loading loadFiles in SSO environment.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.6

How to load xml files in Windchill Shell when SSO (Single Sign On) and SSL (HTTPS) are enabled in Windchill PDMLink

Tried

Hi @NK_10424958 

One option is turn off the SSO, load the files, and then turn on the SSO again .

Do we have any guide or article to disable he SSO auth?
because we have disabled the SSO.

But while executing load file command its still throwing auth error

Did you try passing the password in via the command line?  Not that I recommend that since it could be captured in history logs. RHEL? Are you getting a prompt to provide a password (which would be a Java GUI)? You need to have graphics ported to you system or else you will get an error simply indicated it cannot open the UI. Double check and post the exact error you are seeing.
