Hi,You can use Windchill for your CAPA, NC and Customer complaints. It provides proper tracking of all your NC's and its CAPA at one place. Additionally you can link your NC, CAPA and customer complaints with your items.ThanksSitanshu

This stuff is well baked in 10.2 M020 now. The items are kind of clones of the PRs/ECRs that have been greatly enhanced to meet their unique needs. Certainly nice to ty stuff all the back to the master product data and get all of the live trend analysis too.
