Manually enabling Multibyte Character set storage

Does anyone know how to enable Multibyte character set storage post installation. Actually i missed while setting up...

You have to start installation over. This is a setting the installer uses
to tell the database script to run to configure the database instance. If
skipped, database itself is the issue, not Windchill.
