Mass File/Document Cleanup

We are moving to WC+ and looking to get our system clean for an easy transition. We aren't looking to archive legacy standard files just yet. More so looking to delete unreleased files floating in job products from years back.

Any advice on how to go about a mass cleaning of your WC? We have yet to perform such a large cleanup.
