Measure Tool Windchill visualization tab

Hi everyone,
While watching a PTC webinar I saw that in the structure visualization panel in Windchill there are measurement commands (see image 1).
I checked my system (version 12.1.2.5) and I don't see them(see image 2). How can I add them?
Is there a property or preference to set?

The note says that measurement is only for Creo View, not the webgl plugin.

    I think the webinar is from 2021. So unfortunately, from what I understand, the feature either doesn't exist or has been removed. Thank you, Matteo.
