merge uses for CAD in a BOM compare

Hello,

I am looking to see if there is a way in a CAD BOM comparison, to get the CAD objects to show as merged ues rather than individually. If i look at the structure I can do a merge use display, but in the compare, it does not look like there is that option. Is this something that can be done?
