Hi All,

Do you have any experience about migrating to data from Solid Edge to Windchill?

You are referencing 2 different types of programs.

Do you want to store your Solid Edge data in Windchill?

Do you mean you want to migrate from Solid Edge CAD to Creo CAD?

I'm not sure if PTC still has a Work Group Manager for Solid Edge, which would be needed to store Solid Edge data in Windchill.

Creo3 can import many file types, but again, not sure Solid Edge is on the list. You can import Parasolid x_t files and STEP after exporting from SE. Drawings will NEVER move from one CAD system to another and maintain associativity. You can export DXF versions of your drawings and bring them into Creo as static 'pictures'.

Hi Ben,

We want to migrate data that is already exported from Solid Edge.

There are some options to integrate Solig Edge with Windchil. KPit provided some workgroup managers for Solid Edge, until the ST 7 version.
