Model is not able to retrieve from windchill

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030

Opening the model in Creo using windchill error showing Documents in the list cannot be added to workspace as on-the-fly sharing is disallowed and they are not already shared.


Here are the errors that I faced

    Noticing other post. Is this with ProjectLink? I think you need to have all the items shared ahead of time.  Can you post screenshots or more details? Exact error messages. See post below for information:

    There is a CS Article for this error message, but the suggestion is to change the Policy for the user which I believe is not your issue. Epsecially if it worked at one time and then started producing this error. I have seen the same message with Solidworks and Windchill WGM. The solution is typically to Remove the existing workspace(s), clear the cache in WGM, restart the computer and start the applications again. I think this error message is leading us all in the wrong direction and the real issue could be bad data in the local workspace and/or cache.
