Moving assemblies from an eBOM to a mBOM without the child parts being included

I am using Windchill MPMLink Release 12.0

When I used BOM Transformer to move an assembly in the eBOM to the mBOM, it always moves all the child parts of the assembliy in the eBOM. For example, I may have a printed circuit board (100+components) in the eBOM. As the printed circuit board is made externally and delivered to the factory as a single part number (same revision as in the eBOM), I only want the printed circuit board to appear in the mBOM not the Printed circuit board and all of its child parts.

How can I move just the top level part number?

    when you move (Drag and Drop) you are reusing the Design part in downstream so it will move the whole and this is expected.

    To achieve your request , you have to copy from EBOM and paste under MBOM as new Branch with 'Do Not Duplicate' :
