Need to edit publishing configuration in WIndchill

Hi All,

 

I have a subtype in "Document" . They are not eligible for publishing. They should not be sent to workers for Publishing 

 

This is causing two problems :

 

1. It is keeping AutoCAD workers busy during their execution which delays the others publishing

2. Failed jobs count is high in WVS job monitoring 

 

Can someone help me to let me know about how can we configure this

Can I assume that you do have publishers for AutoCAD files that you do want to publish? Are those EPMDocuments? And in this subtype of document, someone is loading an AutoCAD file?

Hi,

 

Yes, we do have workers to publish. The requirement is that non native typed WT documents are not eligible so they should not be sent to workers for publishing. Only AutoCAD EPM Document types are eligible

 

They are currently being sent to AutoCAD worker for publishing
