Need to know the limit of the data set I could import to calculate the probability using Weibull

Hello,

I'm using Windchill Risk and Reliability 11.1. Does anyone know the limit of the data set I could import for calculating the probability using Weibull calculator?

I'm having trouble importing a data set over 100 000 samples.
