Need to run License usage report on Windchill 10.1

For Upgrading Windchill 10.1 to Windchill 12.0, we are following hop upgrades from 10.1 -> 11.0 -> 12.1
As from Windchill 11.1 onwards, the Licenses usage have changes for Windchill, we would need to understand what kind of licenses we would need when the Upgrade is complete.

As per article : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS307145 , this CDs should have been available in the Downloads under Windchill 10.1 in PTC portal. But they are not. We tried to follow steps written in article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/enablement/windchill-licensing/process/understand-windchill-licensing?source=search , but the utility when run gives us error. (unsupportedclassversionerror major.minor version 52.0)

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
