Hi, What is the best way to notify a deadline?

I use Windchill 11.0 and now I try to archive the certificate of calibration, and I would a notify by email 60 days befor the deadline document.

I have try to add deadline to a task, but exist another way?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but could you see if Subscription would work for your requirement?

I'm not sure what you speak about.

I try to search any words subscription document on the internet, and I find only this https://www.ptc.com/it/support/article/CS28589 , but this in not the solution.

I need the easy way to notify me a deadlane of soft type document.
