I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.1

NX跟WGM集成后操作保存或检入操作就会弹出报错：Condition：Invaild multibyte string
NX单独没有这个问题
目前只能把UGII_LANG=english才可以，但是用户只能用中文
