nx won't open in creo parametric 3.0 m050

Is anybody having issues opening NX 7.5 files in Creo 3.0 M050/Windchill 10.2 M030? If an NX file is opened from a workspace Creo session fails. If that same file is opened from a folder location on the Creo workstation it opens as expected. I've included the traceback.log file I received.
