Object is checked-out in ECN workflow

HI All,

 

one of my ECN was not moving ahead. when I opened process manager, I saw a parts was checked out.

please tell me how to check that part back in so that the workflow comes back to normal.

Depends on what type of object it is.  I am guessing it is a Creo object?  If it was uploaded from the workspace then you can check it in from Chrome.  If it hasn't been uploaded then you would need to go into Creo and check it in.  After the object is checked in, you should be able to go to the process manager and complete the task that it is stuck on.
