Obsoleted Custom Sequence During Windchill 11.0 CPS Update

During a CPS update that I am doing on my test Windchill server, there were three custom sequences, that I had for document types that I created, deleted.  How important is it to recreate these?  When I create new documents, they seem to get the correct numbering.

I am going from 11.0m030 cps01 to 11.0m030 cps11.
