Open attachment directly with CREO Paremetric or Third-Party Application

I would like to open attachments directly to my CAD documents in Windchill.

This is interesting for CREO Parametric documents to open the IGES and STEP neutral file attachments

But this is even more interesting when I want to open with Creo Parametric file attachments of a ECAD document as IDF (* .emp, .emn *)

Today it is possible to download the attachment to its local disk, but impossible in the Workspace.
