Operation must use an updateable query

As Windchill launches, I receive "Operation must use an updateable query" error message immediately after 'Opening last project in Navigator' loads.  Selecting OK does not clear the error, and it just continues to error. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as production is at a standstill.
