Oracle table help: Looking for dropdown label associated with STRINGVALUE value.

Users have a dropdown box, which has things like "Category X Subcategory Y".

I have found the definition of this box in the STRINGDEFINITION table. The STRINGVALUE table has text values in the fields VALUE and VALUE2 which are close to what's in the dropdown, but not quite. For example, instead of "Category X Subcategory Y", I would see something like "X-SubY." How do I find, in the Oracle Windchill tables, the mapping between the values in the value table with the values that are shown in the dropdown?
