organization is not a Vendor organization error message

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

When trying to create a Vendor Part, i get the error message " organization ... is not a Vendor organization". I am unable to select an organization when creating a part. I created Vendor organizations.

Here are the errors that I faced
