Overdue Notification email for the change object

I want to setup automatic email notification to the Creator of the change object when a it becomes overdue. I want utilize an attribute Need_Date which we are filling during the chanage object creation.

Hi,

You need to set it up in the WorkFlow using a timer robot that counts down and sends notification to the "Creator" of the Change Object. Please look in to OOTB need date , for eg. for change Task objects ,this attribute is already there and system sends notification to the task assignee using the same timer robot, Study it and implement in your object.
