Package creation to include iges and step files

I have been playing with packages with the intent to use these with suppliers.  I currently have Windchill publishing iges and step files of all our parts and assemblies.  When I tell the package to include iges and step none are there.  I have tried include and exclude methods.  We are on 10.2 m020.

Do you get any sort of indication messages (success or failure) in the process?  Also, have you taken a look at your method server logs at the time of creating a package that failed to incorporate step/iges files?

No I have not looked at the logs on this issue yet.  Since my packages are being created I figured there would not be anything in the logs.  I will look and let you know.
