Packages do not include representation or attachments

I'm having a hard time with this one. I can't seem to figure out how to get windchill to include additional files in the packages. I have the publisher set up to add step files under the representation, added afterloader (option 2) and even manually adding attachments doesn't do anything. The content folder of the zip file ONLY contains a text file and the cad parts. I don't even see a PVZ file. I'm on windchill  PDMlink 11.0 M030. Am I missing some basic setting?

    I have struggled with the same thing as well. It seems that representations are added to a package only for WTParts. So you need to link the CAD Document to a WTPart and add the WTPart to the package. Only then the PVZ files will be included in the content folder and in the representations table of the WTPart. Extracting the PVZ file, you get other files you have published eg. STP.
