Part Instance Allocation - Prevent Allocation into Multiple Parent Instances

Version: Windchill 13.0

Use Case: I have noticed it is possible to allocate the same part instance object into multiple different parent part instances.

Description:

In reality, this would never happen. It should only be possible for a part instance to be allocated into one parent part instance. Does anybody know if it is possible to prevent Windchill from assigning a single part instance into multiple different parent part instances?
