Parts list generation issue.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.6
Same issue occur also in WC 13.1.x.x

Windchill is installed from scratch with just demo's data loaded.


Windchill fail to generate parts list.


Here are the errors that I faced
Window error pop when select "generate parts list" with message :
ATTENTION: Generation of Parts Lists failed

Check the method server log for details.

Error in method server log file :

Which report were you using to generate parts list? Screen shots?

Hi avillanueva,

 

Right click on parts list in top part on structure panel then "generate parts list" :

I am not seeing that action in my install. I see in the logs it refers to arbortext. Does anyone know if this action is related to a special module added to Windchill? Would you mind sharing what modules you have installed?
