PDF file in windchill, all are “squares” in place of Chinese characters

After uploading drawing into Windchill, the PDF will be generated,however, the Chinese fonts are showing as all "SQUARES" in PDF.

really need help to solve the issue.

I'd suggest opening a Support case, for this issue, to get to the bottom of this.

It certainly does seem like some language pack/locale/language issue, with the configuration in either the product, or the browser being used, since it's not showing the multibyte characters properly.
