PLM operational dashboard

Hi,

we have recently implemented PLM system which start from New product request -> Project management    ->CAD -> DCR/DCN->EBOM.

to show the operational performance i need some dashboard to be created.

  1. How to get or create dashboard on New product request of various approval stage and TAT
  2. Dashboard for project management workflow and help leaders to understand project status. 
  3. Dashboard for DCR/DCN workflow and help leaders to understand project status.
  4. Dashboard for complete PLM cycle NPR to BOM creation.

also want to understand what is industry best practises to manage monitor various KPI and value realisation after getting PLM implemented.
