Plugin Issue...does anyone have a working configuration?

We have been struggling, as most of you have with the disabling of the NPAPI in the the browsers.  My question is, does anyone have a working configuration, ie. Creo 2, Windchill 10.2, Chrome, etc.  Adding files to Windchill manually is becoming a nightmare.  Any help is appreciated.
