Possibility of Setting Windchill Revision and Iteration Rule to 00.00

Can you confirm if it is possible to set the revision and iteration rules in Windchill to 01.01? Example: 01.01, 01.02, 02.01 etc. We are evaluating this range for our business efficiency and am curious about your advice.

I know Integer based version scheme would be your closest match but with left padding the zeros, I think it would not work and you would need to switch to a file based series. You might have issues with any data in Excel since it likes to mangle things that look like numbers, dropping the leading zeros. What's the reason that this is necessary? Also keep in mind that things like SAP are limited to 2 characters for revision. If you ended up needed more than 99 revisions, check your Engineers for issues. My rule is K.I.S.S. Let the system handle next revision and do not over complicate things.

    Our customer wants to change an iteration method for a specific subtype only. For example, 01,02,03. All iterations can changed from the wt.properties but for a specific subtype only a way to achieve this?
