Question

Probatch option "Send to Windchill" is greyed out.

I am using Windchill PDM Essentials Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.0.1

I cannot select the output option "Send to Windchill" when using probatch (CREO distributed batch).

Here are the errors that I faced
the option is greyed out.

    I am unfamiliar with this feature and where it is. Can you send screen shots or describe more?

    is your Creo session registered to the Windchill?

    Hi @GM_11078588 

    I guess that you need to be in a right group that allows this feature. It is not available if the admin is not in specific user group.
