Problem with access to LDAP Server via Info*Engine Administration
Hi all,
- Customer is not able to access access LDAP Server via Info*Engine Administration after changing the Port number (as described in CS50496) / Error : "Unable to connect to the LDAP server".
- Windchill DS is accesible using the same crindentials !!
- In the logs, the following error is observed : "wt.system.err wcadmin - javax.naming.CommunicationException: kdbs0043.kdbw2k.br:389 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect] "
Anyone knows if there is any further changes that should be done besides that ones described in the above article and how to resolve and investigate this issue further ?
